Gleeson Land is delighted to announce that it has unconditionally exchanged on the sale of Midsomer Norton with Wain Homes.
The 75 unit scheme was consented recently at appeal in which the Planning Inspector said in the decision that 'The evidence presented to the Inquiry by the appellant indicates that the site is being taken forward by an established site promoter that has a strong track record of delivery.'
