Gleeson Land are delighted to report a successful planning appeal in Westergate, West Sussex, within Arun District Council.
The Inspector recognised that the proposals for 89 new family homes, including a 30% affordable housing provision would attract substantial weight when balanced against the severe and chronic shortages of housing within the district.
