Greenslade Taylor Hunt and Gleeson Land are pleased to launch to the market this residential development site with resolution to grant outline planning permission, subject to completion of the Section 106 Agreement, for the erection of up to 67no. dwellings, together with associated infrastructure works.
The site extends, in total, to approximately 5.6-hectares (13.84-acres). This includes land with extant planning permission for an additional 5no. dwellings.
