Prior to joining Gleeson in 2018, Dan worked at Bellway Thames Valley as a trainee working across various areas of the business including land, surveying and site management. During this period, he achieved a HND and then moved into the technical department as a Technical Assistant. Since joining Gleeson in the same role, Dan has worked on both larger and smaller scale schemes, alongside the Technical Manager and Technical Director.

James joined Gleeson in August 2010 as Land Director before moving to Deputy MD in Spring 2018 and MD of the division in September 2019. Previous to joining Gleeson, James was a Land Director of Barratt Southern Counties for 7 years with experience in the housebuilding industry in various roles stretching back to 1996.
In his spare time James enjoys watching most sports, playing golf and scuba diving.

John has over 20 years of wide-ranging private sector experience gained within London and across the south-east. John joined Gleeson Land from a national property consultancy, having headed up the planning team in one of their regional offices. Prior to this John worked for a large multi-disciplinary consultancy for over 10 years. John now explores potential opportunities and manages a portfolio of sites throughout the planning process, from inception to delivery.

Keiron joined Gleeson in 2016 as Group Financial Controller and Finance Director for Gleeson Land. He is a Chartered Accountant having previously worked in practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over 12 years, predominantly in audit and assurance roles for a range of clients, including overseas. Prior to that Keiron trained as a mechanical engineer and, following his degree, worked in industry for nearly 5 years, qualifying as a Chartered Engineer. He is also a school governor for a local single stage infant school.
Kirsty MillerTechnical Manager +
Kirsty MillerTechnical Manager
Kirsty had been working in the house building industry for eleven years before joining Gleeson Land in November 2019. She completed her technical training with Taylor Wimpey, while also having worked for Linden Homes and a smaller, private house builder prior. She has extensive knowledge of developers and their processes which is beneficial in her role as these represent Gleeson’s client base. She has been involved in a wide variety of residential development projects across London and the South East.
Kirsty has an honours degree in Construction Management and am currently undertaking a diploma in Management and Leadership. She also has an APS accredited Principal Designer qualification in accordance with CDM Regulations.

Mark joined Gleeson in June 2021. Prior to this he lead the land team at Barratt Southern Countries, working with them to acquire both immediate and strategic land for the business.
In his spare time, Mark is an avid cyclist.

Nick joined Gleeson Land in July 2018 and has worked in the development industry for over 17 years. Prior to joining the company, Nick worked at Barratt Homes for over 10 years and previous to this worked in Local Authority in Surrey. Having experienced working in both the public and private sectors, Nick has gained a rounded knowledge of the industry.

As Technical Director of Gleeson Land, Paul is responsible for ensuring that any scheme brought forward through the planning process is both technically sound and deliverable. Prior to this, he worked for housing developers for over 20 years’ after working within consultancy for both engineering and architectural practices.
Paul has been involved in hundreds of developments, ranging from small low-rise greenfield residential to high rise mixed use and brownfield regeneration schemes of up to 10,000 dwellings.
Paul is married and has two children and when time allows, he likes to indulge in his passion which is snowboarding and motorcycle racing.

Peter RawlinsonPlanning Manager
Peter is a chartered town planner and has worked in planning since 2012 after graduating with a Masters in Planning and Development from the University of Reading Henley Business School. Peter has a broad range of experience from working for Wokingham Local Planning Authority in development management before moving to national planning consultancy firm Pegasus and on to Gleeson Land.
Peter works in the planning team at Gleeson as a planning manager, responsible for assessing the planning potential of new land, promoting sites to allocation, managing and submitting planning applications, and securing planning consents for our landowners.
Rachel ScottDevelopment Director +

Rachel has been at Gleeson since 2013, covering both land and planning. Following completion of an MPhil in Planning and Surveying, Rachel started her career in planning consultancy, working on major projects in multi-disciplinary companies, and becoming a chartered town planner. This was followed by five years in local government, with a focus on planning policy including delivering large, allocated sites. As Development Director, Rachel now splits her time between leading the planning team jointly with Rob Phillips and signing up new sites to add to Gleeson’s portfolio.

Rob joined Gleeson in July 2018, having spent the previous 12 years leading the planning function for the Divisional Office of Barratt Homes.
He is a chartered Town Planner with over 30 years experience gained from both the public and private sectors. Rob started his planning career at the London Borough of Hillingdon and after a spell working for BAA Heathrow, moved across to the residential sector in 2004 where he has remained ever since.
In that time he has worked on a wide range of major residential led development projects across the south east of England ranging from high rise apartment buildings in town centres, to major greenfield urban extensions
Sara CromwellOffice Administrator +
Sara CromwellOffice Administrator
Sara joined Gleeson in March 2016. Prior to this Sara has worked in a number of sectors including builder merchants, insurance and legal brokerage. Roles within these sectors have varied including sales, marketing, finance and office administration. At Gleeson, Sara supports the team via secretarial duties and general office management.
