Gleeson Land Unconditionally Exchanged Contracts on a 200 Dwelling Scheme in Hailsham, East Sussex.
We have unconditionally exchanged contracts with Crest Nicholson plc on the sale of our fantastic 200 dwelling scheme in Hailsham, East Sussex.
This scheme is the third phase of three planning consents attained by Gleeson Land, which make up a total of 700 units.
We have been working with the Agent/landowner and our joint venture partner Rydon Homes Limited, promoting this land, led by Rachel Scott, Development Director, with the post planning phased being led by Paul Slingo, Technical Director.
We look forward to seeing Crest Nicholson successfully bring this scheme to life, and thank everyone who has been involved both internally and externally.
