Planning Consent granted for 87 dwellings in Fairford, Cotswolds
Gleeson Land is delighted to have received outline planning consent for 87 dwellings in the village of Fairford, in the Cotswolds. Unlocking value, for our Landowners The Ernest Cook Trust.
We worked closely throughout the application process with the local community and council, to ensure the scheme took into account their thoughts. As a result of this, the site was allocated as part of the Fairford Neighbourhood Plan 2020-2031, and it recieved a delegated decision.
We are thrilled with this outcome and are now actively progressing marketing with Bruton Knowles in preparation for the sale of the site.
Furthermore, this project has been shortlisted for the National Building with Nature Award. We are proud to have been recognised for this, and we will be attending the Landscape Institute Awards on 3rd November to await the results. A huge well done and congratulations to the team.
