Welcome to Katherine Titley, who has joined Gleeson Land as Land Director. Before joining Gleeson Land, Katherine was a Development Director at Berkeley Strategic which is part of the Berkeley Group Plc. Katherine worked at Berkeley Strategic for seven years, and her main role was to lead the Land Team and acquire new strategic land sites for the business. Prior to joining Berkeley, Katherine worked for Welbeck Land for three years, starting as a graduate and being promoted to Land Manager.
Katherine has an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School and a BA in Philosophy from King’s College London.
At Gleeson Land Katherine will be acquiring new strategic land sites for the business and securing the sale of sites to development partners once a planning permission has been achieved. Katherine is excited to get started and is proud to be a part of a team which has an outstanding reputation for achieving planning permissions on complex sites and is fast becoming the promotor of choice for landowners and development partners.
