Another Land Win - 144 new homes in Dorking
Gleeson Land is delighted to have won an appeal for 144 new homes in Dorking. The site is within the Green Belt and is an allocation in the emerging Mole Valley Local Plan, the progress of which has paused since the December 2022 consultation on the NPPF. A comprehensive decision where the Inspector gave very substantial positive weight to the delivery of 72 new affordable homes in a District which has recently been unable to meet local housing needs.
